My Tasks provides a personalized view of all tasks assigned specifically to you. With this tab, you can see all tasks requiring your attention in one place, filter them by priority, due date, or status, and mark them as complete once they’re done.

All Tasks offers a comprehensive view of all approved requests that need to be addressed across the organization. This tab allows you to identify the different tasks such as License creation, Add to groups, Add to unit orgs or License removal. Filter them by App, user, IDP status, License types, License roles and owner if needed.
